WP STR The space A well-furnished condominium will elevate your experience in the mountains. The updated kitchen boasts new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and a fresh coat of paint. You will have the chance to interact with guests in the adjacent dining area, which seats six individuals, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your evening by unwinding in front of the gas fireplace while watching television in the living room. The sliding glass door offers easy access to the private patio, providing a stunning view from the first-floor unit. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. There are also two extra sleeping spaces available on the sofa sleeper in the living area. A second full bathroom is situated in the main hallway. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. Guests have the option to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service offered by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps from the unit. Alternatively, they may opt for a short walk to the main clubhouse. Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
