Red House Gîte

Nestled in the woods at an altitude of 800 meters in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Nature Park, come and discover our 50 m² gîte located on the ground floor of our typical Auvergne house. Access the 30 m² terrace and relax in your private heated hot tub (from early May to October 20). Enjoy the calm, the greenery and the birdsong to the fullest. The space The gîte has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a convertible sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Step through the door of the old barn to enter a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. A reinforced electric car charger is located in the parking lot (3.7 kW/h). You will be charged for the actual kWh used at €0.20/kWh at the end of your stay. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price. The cottage is equipped with an OR BARISTA coffee machine compatible with all OR and Nespresso coffee capsules.
