Enjoy a stylish and serene experience at this perfectly situated home. This is our personal home. I am a single mom with two great kids and this is our main home. The home is bright, sunny, and clean. That being said, we do not have window coverings in the living room, dining room, or kitchen. All the bedrooms do have them. Our property is very private and we have no need to cover the windows for privacy. We also love a bright sunny home. The home is a ranch. There is only one step to front door and all the rooms are on the same floor. The styling and furnishings are modern. There is a master bedroom and bath, two other bedrooms, a hall bath, and the main dining room, living room, and kitchen. Off the kitchen and dining area are sliding glass doors to a sunny deck with a natural gas grill, expandable dining table for 8, and two chaise lounges. Our home is on a cul-de-sac with a basketball hoop. We have a front yard and a small back yard. There is a lot of wildlife on our, especially deer, groundhogs, rabbits, and squirrels. There is a basement which you will not have access to during your stay. During your stay, I may come and go from the basement which has a separate entrance. I will not enter the house during your stay and it is unlikely you will see me at all, especially in the summer months. If I am staying locally during your stay, I will only be a few minutes away, or could possibly be in the basement, which is just a walk around and down the hill to the back of the home. More often than not, I am at least an hour away or out of the country, but I am always reachable by text or phone to answer all questions or advise on restaurants etc. The home is located on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Parties, loud music, and lots of cars will be noticed and not welcomed. The home has a driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars comfortably. You can easily walk to both Upper and Lower campuses at Bloomsburg University and Bloomsburg Hospital is walking distance as well. The TV is a smart TV for steaming. There is cable internet but no cable TV. There are not TVs in the bedrooms. Please take care with dining room table, it was a special order (took almost a year to arrive) from Denmark and is not Ikea, hahaha. Please be contientoius and not slide items or write without a pad on it. I appreciate your care for it. Since I have been hosting it’s taken a bit of wear so I wanted to note it in the description that the table is valuable and cherished by our family. We do want you to use it as we do, just treat it like it was yours. As this is our main home, the drawers and closets are not empty, but rather have our personal belongings. If I am unable to clear drawers for your clothing, there will be a luggage rack available for you. I will also have hanging racks available as well if there is not ample closet space. Double bed in gray bedroom is a futon mattress.
