Very comfortable house with 4-seater spa The space Beautiful gîte located on the village square of Estandeuil, one of those charming village squares where time seems to have stopped to the delight of all with just next door, a small Romanesque church, a marvel of architecture. The village's petanque court and ping-pong table also await you, in the shade of the large trees. The gîte is the old bar/grocery store of the village transformed with passion by Virginie and Jean-Mary, the happy owners, into a cosy gîte for eight people. The rooms are spacious and bright, with numerous and high-quality amenities! The little extra: if you like bubbles, you can enjoy a 4-seater inflatable spa on the terrace (accessible from April to October depending on the weather) The house comprises: On the ground floor: - a large kitchen with dining area - a large living room with fireplace (a basket of wood is provided) - Laundry - a self-catering toilet On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with two 90 beds - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed - a suite with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed (the top bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old) with private bathroom - a bathroom - a self-catering toilet Outside: - a terrace of about 40m² along the house If you charge an electric vehicle, you will be asked to pay an additional €10 per charge on site.
