Very comfortable house with 4-seater hot tub The space Beautiful cottage located in the village square of Estandeuil, one of those charming village squares where time seems to have stopped to the delight of all with just next door, a small Romanesque church, a marvel of architecture. The village's petanque court and ping pong table also await you, in the shade of the large trees. The cottage is the old bar/grocery store of the village transformed with passion by Virginie and Jean-Mary, the happy owners, into a cozy cottage for eight people. The rooms are spacious and bright, the amenities numerous and of quality! The little extra: if you like bubbles, you can enjoy a 4-seater inflatable spa on the terrace (accessible from April to October depending on the weather) The house comprises: On the ground floor: - a large kitchen with dining area - a large living room with fireplace (a basket of wood is offered) - Laundry - a self-catering toilet On the 1st floor: - one bedroom with two 90 beds - one bedroom with a 160 cm bed - a suite with a 160 bed and two 90 beds including a bunk bed (the top bed is forbidden for children under 6) with private bathroom - a bathroom - a self-catering toilet Outside: - a terrace of about 40 m² along the house In case of charging an electric vehicle, a supplement of €10 per recharge will be requested on site.
