Entering the gates of the villa, you are greeted by this 2-story beauty. Making your way inside, you will immediately see finely-built, sleek stairs that lead to the bedrooms. But before going there, let's take a look around the lower floor where you are welcomed by the breeze of fresh air thanks to the glass doors that provide an indoor-outdoor experience between the pool area and the living space. Outdoors, you will have full access to a large glistening pool, sun loungers, and a dining area. The elegant living space consists of stylish furniture pieces like couches and a center table. With an indoor fireplace, this is where you can cozy up and relax. The open floor plan of this space leads to the classy indoor dining area that's seats up to 6. But don't worry, because there are 4 more seats for the rest of the gang by the marble kitchen counter. Ahhh, even if you have no idea how to cook, you'd want to learn just because the fully equipped kitchen is exemplary! Or you can surprise them with cups of Nespresso, because who doesn't love coffee? It gets better. On this floor, you will also find an entertainment room that features a wall-mounted Smart TV and cozy couches, plus a pool table, and exercise equipment. Have fun while getting fit! Now let's head up to the upper floor and admire each flawless room, including the laundry room. The villa features 5 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds and 4 bathrooms. Each room is uniquely designed with minimalistic pieces to provide a very homey and comfortable feel. On top of that, you will also have access to the sunny rooftop terrace which also features a pool/jacuzzi, an outdoor BBQ, sun beds, dining and lounge areas. The villa is also located next to Puente Romano in the Golden Mile area, a very luxury area with a stunning beach just 1.5km away. Other things to note • Pets As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately. • No Parties You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property. • AC/Heater Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. • Security deposit Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. • Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM. Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM). • Check-out is at latest 11AM. • You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
