Creekside Tiny House w/ Hot Tub

The Creekside Tiny House is a charming and cozy space perched above a creek and immersed in nature. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place featuring a new hot tub, huge covered porch with a couch and dining table, firepit, and large outdoor shower. 12 minutes to Black Mountain and 25 minutes to Asheville if you're looking for eclectic shops, restaurants, breweries, and live music. 25 Y/O GUEST AGE MINIMUM. The space The Tiny House is 275 sq ft. and has a small living area, 2-top dining nook/work station, full kitchen (except dishwasher), full bathroom, a sleeping loft above the bathroom, and front load washer and dryer. The space also benefits from a large attached cozy covered porch with a full-size couch, sitting area, and dining table. There is the option to accommodate 4 people with the pull-out sleeper couch (double-size mattress). WE WILL NOT ACCPET BOOKINGS W/O ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE AGE MINIMUM. Guest access Guests will have access private access to the entire property. If you would like early check-in, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate. Checkout is at 10am. - There’s a 10% discount when booking 7 nights or more. - This is a non-smoking property and is strictly enforced. - Sorry, pets are not permitted, no exceptions. - Outdoor shower is “winterized” and not available during the winter months (usually Nov/Dec through March) - A guidebook with property information and local restaurants is contained within the listing. - No Glitter - there is a strict no glitter policy at this property - Wifi: The property is fed by Starlink satellite wifi. Streaming and video calls are well supported and there are no data limits, however, cloud cover and summer foliage can affect the signal strength. - Guests not included on the original reservation are not permitted on the property at any time unless specifically cleared in advance. This includes friends and family members. - There is no dishwasher in the tiny house - The use of the property is at the risk of the guest(s). The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By booking a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite on the premises.
