Enjoy peace & nature in Tamins

Newly renovated Bündner house in the quiet village center of Tamins. Starting point for numerous outdoor activities: in the warm season hiking and biking (the best trails start right at your doorstep), in winter skiing or snowboarding or cross-country skiing. Flims/Laax is only 10 km from Tamins and can probably be reached by car and public transport in a few minutes. The cantonal capital of Chur is a few minutes' drive away. The house has 3 floors and 5 rooms. The space First floor: bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room with tiled stove. Upper floor: living room with sofa bed and guest room with double bed (160 × 200). Attic: bedroom with double bed (160 × 200), bathroom with bathtub and children's room (2 small single beds). In the kitchen there are spices etc. which you can use freely. For coffee enjoyment, there is both a De Longhi fully automatic machine for beans and two mocha pots for powder preparation. Other things to note Due to the steep and unsecured spiral staircases, it is not suitable for toddlers and people with walking difficulties or impairments! Please don't bring pets. Non-smoking location. Please don't be distracted by the 3-star rating, this is a misunderstanding or this guest was a disaster! Unfortunately, AirBnB does not want to change this review. But it's best to let yourself be surprised by this great house. We really do everything for an unforgettable stay! Important: this is an old Grisons house. The dining room has already been insulated, the other rooms have not yet. This means that despite the radiator, the temperature only comes to just over 20 degrees. But it helps if you heat the tiled stove. For the shower, the small electric heater behind the door helps. Boiler capacity is also sufficient, but not for long showers.
