We are located in the Laureles neighborhood in a residential, quiet and safe area. Whether you're coming for tourism or work, this is a great option. We are a 5-minute walk from one of the city's best dining and bar areas (“La 70”). We are also in a place with easy access and transportation; very close to shopping malls, tourist places and parks, downtown, supermarkets, banks, churches and convenience stores. The space This room is perfect for resting. Inside the room you have a queen size bed, private bathroom (shower with hot and cold water), TV with local, national and international channels, large closet and a desk. The room is equipped with towels, sheets and basic toiletries (soap, shampoo and hand cream) to make your stay more comfortable. We are aware of the importance of cleanliness, so you can trust that upon arrival the room will be disinfected and completely clean. The room door has a digital access lock, so you don't have to worry about keys. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a key and an access card to your room. Guest access In the common areas of the house we have a large living room, 2 patios with natural vegetation, a study area (Co-working), a coffee maker to prepare a hot Colombian coffee, a social bathroom and a covered terrace on the outside of the house. The entire house has high-speed Wi-Fi coverage. For long stays, we provide room cleaning service once a week (included in the rate). The house is completely remodeled, its atmosphere is a mixture of classic and modern, which will provide you with comfortable, safe and illuminated spaces. It is a house exclusively for rent through platforms. We don't have parking lots, but we can recommend the public parking lots available in the area a few blocks from the house. Other things to note Check-in is at 2:00 pm. If the room is disinfected and ready, we offer the possibility of giving it to you before for your convenience. Check-out is at 11:00. Additionally, upon request, transportation service is offered to and from José María Córdova International Airport and the tourist municipality of Guatapé (with an additional cost to be agreed upon).
