I offer you accommodation (F1) 500 m from Saint Leu beach, very close to the city center and shops, in the greenery and calm at the end of a cul-de-sac, rest assured. The entrance to the bungalow is independent for privacy. You will have a private outdoor area with terrace and open kitchen. The climate allows you to enjoy the outdoors all year round. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and can be used as an extra bedroom for 2 children or an adult. The space The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is air-conditioned and includes a small desk, wardrobe, fridge, TV and sofa bed (bed width 130 cm). The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe, it is also air-conditioned. Bathroom with bathtub. Guest access A parking space is reserved for tenants in front of the accommodation (in the bungalow you will find a sign indicating the exact place to park your car). In order to maintain good relations with the neighborhood, only 1 vehicle is allowed to park in the cul-de-sac. The city center and beach are nearby (about 300/400 meters) everything can be reached on foot. Other things to note I have to be away for a while. My son Loïc will take care of the Bungalow throughout this period. He can answer any questions you may have. He lives in L'Etang-Salé (25 min drive from our house) and may not necessarily be present but he will gladly respond to your messages on Airbnb.
