Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 20,000 m². The space The accommodation comprises - 19 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV - 7m² alcove with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Outside : - A 5m² balcony overlooking the garden, with a sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby chair booster, cot, washing machine and tumble dryer (pay per card). Communal areas : - A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from June to September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security.
