Stay in a typical Valencian house located in a century-old building. Chic and Cozy Torres de Quart offers you a warm and cozy home, with fresh and elegant decor, where you can relax and enjoy the city of Valencia. Its location a few meters from the Quart Towers, one of the two great entrances to the historic center, will allow you to enjoy every corner of Valencia, without the hustle and bustle of it, in a quiet, family neighborhood with all kinds of services around. The space Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Valencia! Our house is located on the second floor of a century-old building without an elevator, and ensures a haven of tranquility and relaxation where you can forget about your worries. It has a large living/dining room with large windows overlooking a small balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs so you can enjoy Valencia's unique climate at any time of the day. If you come with small children, to ensure their safety, we recommend that they be supervised when using the balcony. Also, to be respectful of our neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood, please refrain from making loud noises after 11:00 PM. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining area with a table and four chairs. As it is a quiet street, you can keep the window open throughout the day without having noise problems (here we exclude special celebrations, such as the Fallas where noise predominates throughout the city) The kitchen is open to the living/dining room and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, kitchenware, and cutlery. - Ceramic hob - fridge - Freezer - Nespresso coffee machine -A toaster -Electric Kettle - A microwave oven - Oven - Basic kitchenware - Oil, salt, sugar, tea... The bathroom has: - A hair dryer - Some toiletries such as shower gel and hand soap, among others. - Small heater. - Towels are provided that are exclusively for use in the apartment. The master bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, with quality bedding, a washer/dryer and a ceiling fan. It has windows overlooking the light well of the buildings on the block, so tranquility is assured. The small bedroom has a single bed and a single trundle bed, as well as a quiet work area. It is important to note that due to the size of this bedroom, in order to use the work area, the trundle bed must be stored away. This bedroom also has no windows. Both rooms are located in the interior of the house, so you will be isolated from any street noise, ensuring a quiet rest. We are delighted to be your hosts, and our goal is for you to make the most of your stay in the city, so for any questions or special requests you may have, please let us know and we will do our best to provide it.
