Lake House With Private Pool, Hot Tub, and Dock

You deserve to get away! This home has all of the amenities to enjoy a private couples get-away, girl's weekend, fishing trip and also perfect for a memorable family trip. Enjoy morning dock fishing, afternoons by the pool, grill out on the spacious deck, sunset walks, and night time s'mores by the fire pit. Don't forget the huge hot tub! Have some fun in the large game garage! The boat ramp is located only two doors down. There is plenty of parking....Lake toys and ATVs welcome! The space This home has stunning views of the water from the living room, bar area, back deck, and from the kitchen sink picture window. It's so pretty! The house sits on over an acre so you won't feel cramped or crowded with people. Other things to note DOGGY GUEST: We are open to guests bringing one happy, well mannered dog during your stay. We ask you pick up after your pup and keep them off the furniture. Please make sure dogs are dry and feet are clean before coming back into the home. A large crate is provided, which we ask you use when your dog is left unattended. Please do not leave your sweet fur baby alone outside for safety reasons regarding the pool. TOWELS: We will provide 10 bath towels and wash cloths and 6 turkish pool towels. You are welcome to bring extra! FUN WHEELS & ADVENTURE ROADS: Yes you can bring them. We have plenty of parking! This is a popular area for rugged biking, side by sides, ATVS in the back woods roads. And golf carts for the main streets. Just share the road and be safe and courteous of our neighborhood main street speed limit. We don't recommend night riding- it can be bumpy and very dark here in the country. But beautiful for looking at the stars and milky way! BRINGING A BOAT: The boat ramp is just two doors down and is never jammed packed! We launch the boat on the ramp and then we pick up the "trailer hauler guy" at our own dock less than 50 yards away. We do tether our boat at our private dock during the day but we do put it back on the trailer each night. FIREWORKS and WATER BALLOONS are not allowed.
