Fisherman's house near the sea and the harbour

Our family pied-à-terre for 20 years (we are 2 adults and 3 children) in Saint-Quay-Portrieux. The fisherman's house (65 m²) is simple and functional, located on the street that goes down to the port. It stretches over 3 levels. Conveniently and nicely furnished. It is very well located (100 m from the port, 220 m from the large beach of the Comtesse, GR 34), close to the deep-water port and the Sud Goëlo sailing school. Close-by bars, creperie and restaurants. Nice vacation in sight! The space Ground floor: the living room (15 m2), small but well designed with 2 comfortable armchairs and the table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is adjoining, with gas stove and electric oven, countertop and all the necessary dishes in good condition. Then in the extension a bedroom (bed 160), the one we parents reserve for ourselves. Upstairs: a bedroom (2 beds 90 or 1 double bed), a storage cabinet - Next, the bathroom toilet, rather spacious, with bathtub and washing machine - Upstairs 2: a bedroom furnished under the attic - with a folding bed and 1 mattress on the floor. Comfortable bedding like everything. No courtyard. We miss it sometimes, but we leave the house and we're at the beach or on the harbor! Guest access The entire house is reserved for you Other things to note A traditional house in the north of Brittany with its ceiling beams and wooden partitions that we wanted to keep as they are. We have noted 4 people but an additional child can stay in the attic room.
