We welcome you to our quaint Bartlett condo, located perfectly across the street from Story Land, and just minutes away from hiking, skiing and downtown North Conway. Our condo offers a space for a full family or small group and has access to the Par 3 golf course and swimming pool on premise. Max adults we recommend is 4 with up to 2 children. Exceptions can be made so please reach out to inquire ! The space This is an end unit, 2 bedroom condo with a pullout couch allowing you to sleep 6. Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom has a large closet, dresser and queen bed. This room has beautifully high ceilings, making it feel even more spacious and rustic. The bedrooms do not have their own AC unit but do have nice ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and chest of drawers. This bedroom also has a washer dryer for your convenience. The bedrooms do not have their own AC unit but do have nice ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Ellis River, which is a wonderful noise to fall asleep to if you open the windows! Living Room - Open concept living room with large sectional and TV unit with Amazon Fire stick. The sectional has a pull out couch that has a full mattress. This living room opens up directly to the sliding glass doors to the balcony that overlooks the golf course and views of the mountains. The living room has an AC unit for the summer / warmer months that cools down the place wonderfully. Bathroom - Full bathroom with shower and bath tub. Kitchen - The kitchen offers seating for four on oversized counter and is fully stocked with all your getaway needs. Golf and Pool Access - You will have access to the pool and golf course on the premise for a small fee. Golf is $10 a day per person (as many rounds as you want) and the pool is $20 per day, or $35 for 3 days Guest access Keyless access is available for your convenience. There are two parking spots directly in front of the condo. Additional cars can park at the clubhouse. Other things to note The golf course directly out front of the condo is off limits for children to play on. There are sand traps and grass that children often attempt to play on, but it is a serious hazard to have kids playing when a ball could injure them, so it is strictly forbidden.
