This house is in the center of the city of Coeur'd Alene ID. You can walk to city park, city beach, local farmer's market, and the Coeur'd Alene Resort hotel. There are cafes, antique stores, and restaurants around the block. Desirable for walk to cafe and restaurant, cda resort hotel. There is popular caporns grill in the same block. All fenced back yard. We have neighbors on each side of house. We have 4 private bedrooms with door and additional sleeping areas without door but devider. 2 bathrooms with shower, one bath tab. There is no toilet on 1st floor nor bedroom on mail floor. Not recommended for elder or who cannot deal with stairs. There is a long stairs to 2F as well as other stairs to basement. There is railing for both stairs. Recommend to bring 2 gate for small children or ask if we can accommodate. We want enough adults supervise small children.
