Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and has Wi-Fi, we are waiting for you! The space The housing exposed South is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, washing machine... - A bedroom with a double bed. Bed linen is not provided (fitted sheet 140x190 and comforter cover 220 x 240, 2 pillow cases 60x60). Optional on request for 20 € (30 € with bathroom linen). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
