The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Vauclin, this charming flat air-conditioned with sight sea, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers. Located on the ground floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 m² and a large covered terrace. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and bunk beds. - A shower room with Italian shower and WC. Outside : - A terrace of about 80 m², sea view with furniture to enjoy the nice days and an enclosed garden of about 25 m² at the back. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
