We are in the best neighborhood of Ubatuba, 200 meters from the waterfront and 1 km from Praia Grande. There is a bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, and cafeterias within 300 meters. You can do everything on foot, in addition to getting to know the Tamar project, which is located in the neighborhood.
