However, due to the regional characteristics (Natural Green Zone), occasional inflow of pests and insects may occur. • Guests who are sensitive to insects should consider this point before booking, and no refunds will be given for this reason. • CCTV is installed outside the accommodation for accident and fire prevention. ⚠️ Safety Precautions • Be cautious when moving indoors due to the sunken living room (downfloor) structure. • Please note that the bathroom and jacuzzi area may be slippery. • There are glass products indoors, including a large mirror, glass table, and glass cups; please handle them with care. • Pay special attention to the safety of your children. • Diving in the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited. • We are not responsible for safety accidents due to carelessness, loss of valuables, or damage to personal belongings. 🛑 Prohibited Activities & Damages • In case of damage, breakage, or loss of any facility or item, indoor or outdoor, you will be charged the replacement cost for the same product. • Do not consume food or drinks on the bedding. • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, and cooking/self-catering is strictly forbidden (No cooking utensils are provided). (Violation will incur a room purification fee.) • The use of all fire-starting materials, such as firecrackers and candles, is prohibited indoors. • Acts of excessive noise, violence, etc., will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
