Additional parking is available on the street outside the cul-de-sac. 🚨 Important: Parking in front of the cul-de-sac is strictly prohibited and may result in vehicle towing. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any towed vehicles. 🚗❌ We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you! 🌟 Other things to note QUIET HOURS 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. We ask that guests kindly respect the community around us, especially during observation of quiet hours. SECURITY For your safety, there are security cameras on the premises. Locations: Driveway, backyard, and patio deck. MINUT NOISE MONITOR Noise dB monitor is installed throughout the property to detect excessive noise, or crowding. Host and management will get notified and system will alarm when monitor detects loud noise, amplified music, crowding and even tobacco smoke. OUTDOOR AMENITIES - WATER Outdoor and water amenity systems are operated remotely and in conjunction with automated timers. If you would like the jacuzzi pre-heated, please do provide your hosting team with advanced notice. It takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes to fully heat the spa to 102 degrees. The automated system will power down the active outdoor amenities and exterior lighting will progressively dim promptly at 10:00 p.m., in correspondence with quiet hours. - PROPANE Propane tanks are available for guests to fill and use as desired. Suggested filling location: Walmart propane vending machine - Approximately 7-minute drive. WASTE MANAGEMENT Waste management pickup routinely occurs weekly on Friday. Should your reservation fall on a Thursday evening, kindly roll the waste management bins down to the street level. Should your reservation fall on a Friday after the bins have been collected and emptied, kindly roll the bins back up the driveway in front of the gateway to the backyard. Scheduling may change subject to national holidays. THERMOSTAT Central air condition and heating is available for guest use. We ask that the temperature be maintained at 71 degrees or higher when in use. FUR-FAMILY / PETS We are a pet friendly home. Please do notify your hosts if pets will be accompanying you during your reservation for completion of the associated questionnaire and additional cleaning charge to be added.
