L&L Apartment Residence Valsellina 1, Tonal Pass The space L&L is a cozy apartment located on the Trentino side of the Tonale Pass, in the Valsellina 1 residence, in a condominium context of a few housing units. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2024 and consists of a bedroom with a French-style double bed, a full bathroom with shower cabin and kitchen/living/dining area with double sofa bed (143x195cm), representing an optimal solution for couples and couples with children, but also being usable, albeit with more sacrificed spaces, even by four adults. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, has double exposure and all rooms, including the bathroom, are bright and windowed, with triple-glazed windows. The location is very quiet, away from the car traffic of the pass, a short walk from the center and all the services of the town, and 150 meters from the Valbiolo chairlift, access point to the entire Pontedilegno-Tonale ski area which offers over 100 km of slopes suitable for skiers of all levels. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two smart TVs (50" in the living room, 32" in the bedroom), dishwasher, induction stovetop, universal charger for electronic devices, safe, Nepresso machine, moka coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, hairdryer, pots, cutlery, dishes. Soap, shampoo and body wash, towels, shower towels and bed linens are included. For your safety, there is a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector. IMPORTANT: the final cleaning fee, which amounts to €60, must be paid on site, as well as the tourist tax (€1 per night for each guest over 14). Check-in can be done completely independently from 4 p.m. Check-out must take place by 10 a.m. An equipped and panoramic outdoor condominium area is available, which can be used in the warm months as a dining area and solarium. In the appropriate condominium room, there is a padlocked rack for the safe storage and custody of your skis. The car can be parked freely and comfortably in the outdoor condominium space or, upon request and free of charge, in a private covered parking space in the building's garage. Children 0-2 years stay free of charge in the spaces provided. You can request a crib and high chair by paying a surcharge of €20 per day or a one-time fee of €50 for extended stays. They must not be left alone in the apartment for long periods, and the guest is responsible for their behavior throughout the stay.
