L'Escale des Douets Fleuris is a new, quiet house built in 2021, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday with family or friends. Located in a housing estate, L'Escale des Douets Fleuris is ideally placed for enjoying the beaches (several sandy beaches are less than 3 km away) or visiting Cancale and the surrounding area. On foot, you'll have access to a range of shops (bakery, butchers, supermarket, etc.). The space Nestled in a quiet residential area, L’Escale des Douets Fleuris opens onto a bright and welcoming dining area with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. Large bay windows flood the space with natural light and lead directly to the south-facing wooden terrace. Adjacent to this, a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and armchair invites you to relax, watch a film, or enjoy quiet moments together. Upstairs, three elegantly furnished bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: the first features a queen-size bed 160x200, dresser and clothes rack; the second offers two single beds 90x190 and a dresser; and the third has a double bed 140x190 with a large wardrobe. Two full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience: a walk-in shower on the ground floor and a bathtub upstairs. Two separate toilets, one on each level, add extra ease for family stays. The property sits on approximately 200 m² of land with a large, sun-filled wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, sharing meals, or hosting barbecue evenings. On the north side, a fully enclosed lawn corridor lets young children play safely. Two parking spaces are available in front of the garage, and the garage can also store your bikes for exploring the area freely. Other things to note What you need to know about the house l'Escale de Douets Fleuris : - Linen is optional at 20€ / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Remember to bring your tea towels. This option must be chosen at least 15 days before arrival if possible. - One of our team will be there to welcome you on arrival and on departure to make sure that everything has gone smoothly. - Late arrivals, after 8pm, are possible with a supplement of €40 to be paid on site. We do not accept guests after 11 pm. - The barbecue must not be used on the wooden terrace. If you use it, place it on the gravelled area. - The house is semi-detached on both sides.
