Located in the Gulch, this small studio is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! Modern, open floor plan; contemporary kitchen and sleek cabinets; high ceilings; walk-in closets; and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool, you are sure to find comfort in this urban oasis! The unit has comfortable queen-sized beds in the bedrooms and a couch that folds down to become a full-sized bed (note that this is full; it can sleep two people, but it is small). All of this being accepted by modern and chic furniture to wow you and your visiting guests. Unit Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen Free WIFI and Smart TV (with Digital Antenna) Queen Sofa Bed Microwave Coffee & Espresso maker in the club room lounge! Air Conditioning Hair Dryer Linens for additional guests All bathroom essentials (towels, shampoo, etc...) The picture of the Bedroom is of a similar unit. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool!  Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app Other things to note Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment. The pool is open from dusk till dawn. → This unit is ideal for 4 guests, but with the sofa bed can sleep 6 if needed. Note that the sofa is a queen sofa bed. We also have a limited number of cots available for rent. → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays. → Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. → Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise. → The permit # can be found in the listing captions.
