Immaculately presented, accommodation. Sleeps 4 2 double bedrooms. 2 reception room with kitchen / dining area ,dorma bungalow . Patio area with seating. Upstairs family bathroom/shower room Private large garden ,with farmland views. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The space The main entrance leads into a bright hallway with plenty of space to drop off bags after a busy day exploring. To the right you walk into a warm reception room which has a double sided log wood burner guaranteed to cozy up the living area on the coldest of autumn winter evenings. Leading onto the second ground floor room, kitchen/dining area, which can also double up as a summer reception room, that leads out onto a paved patio area with access to the garden. The well equipped kitchen compromises of integrated fridge, cooker, and hob, dishwasher and countertop microwave. All you need for preparing simple family meals, picnics, barbecue or just a quick snack. There is an indoor dining table . The first reception room is furnished with two,two seater sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The second space also features two large sofas, and a single slouch chair this room provides a 180° panoramic view of the surrounding land and garden. One bedroom is on the ground floor access only from the hallway – this is a large double room with fitted wardrobes – with side tables and lights with a rear facing views. Upstairs to your right, is a bright double bedroom again with bedside tables and lighting a flat screen TV relaxing chair and ample storage. There are two large Velux windows in the room that allow’s natural daylight to flood in however if you wish – blackout blinds also aid a peaceful night sleep. Upstairs features, a sizeable, family, bathroom, easy access, shower, wash basin and toilet suite. The landing area provides a quiet space for reading or simply relaxing . Guest access Self contained access via key code access. Private front door access private fenced garden. Other things to note The nitty-gritty. Please be mindful of your travelling speed along the farm lane that leads to our property it is un unpaved road which has a public footpath and access to the farm land please drive sensibly . Unfortunately we don’t have an electric charging point for cars , and don’t permit personal electric charging at the property. Holyhead is the closest area for electric charging which is approximately 7 miles . We provide a travel cot (no bedding for safety reasons) and highchair. We can provide a camp bed on request suitable for a child ,NOT as an additional adult occupancy. Night lights are provided and are plugged into the power sockets which can be moved as desired. Lockable storage for large sports equipment can be provided on request. We ask that children are supervised during their stay . The surrounding land is farmed therefore trespassing onto fields is not permitted there is ample garden space to enjoy so please no ball games permitted indoors . I consider the property to be suitably furnished and I kindly ask that furniture is not moved unnecessarily within or to the outside area to avoid any potential damage (as guest will be liable for any damage caused). My cancellation policy is strict however if you have exceptional reasons for cancelling please contact me to discuss.
