The property features a cosy and inviting lounge, with plenty of comfortable seating, while the kitchen/diner is equipped for all your catering needs with a large dining table for family meals. There’s a bright and sunny conservatory with access to a large lawn and a patio where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There are four bedrooms to choose from, two of which provide double beds, whilst there’s also two twin rooms. A sunny lawned garden wraps around the property, featuring a patio, BBQ and outdoor dining area, to make the most of the warmer weather. There are wonderful walks from the door but it’s a great base too for exploring the Suffolk Heritage coast and East Anglia (near-by attractions include the Sutton Hoo ship burial, Minsmere bird reserve, Framlingham castle and Orford Ness & castle).
