The living room features a leather reclining sofa and three additional side chairs, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a full day. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch, while a dedicated workspace with chair makes it easy to catch up on emails or review the day’s plans. Fast WiFi and a Samsung Smart TV provide seamless streaming and connectivity, and built-in USB charging keeps devices powered up. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or extended stays, including an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, crock pot, blender, toaster, and Keurig Duo. Max 3 cars permitted due to limited parking and courtesy to our long-term tenants on the cul de sac. This includes one in garage and 2 in driveway or you can park one car on cul de sac, not blocking any driveways or mailboxes, since our mail truck drives directly up to mailboxes. Other things to note Max of 6 guests permitted on the property at all times. No extra guests are allowed. *NO PETS/ESA *Must be 21 years or above to book. *Max 3 cars permitted due to limited parking and courtesy to our long-term tenants on the cul de sac. 2 in driveway and one in garage, or one in cul de sac, not blocking any driveways or mailboxes since the mail person drives directly up to the mailboxes. *Smoking permitted outside only with proper disposal of waste. *Please review our cancellation policy.
