Surrounded by a variety of cacti, desert foliage, and mountain views for miles, this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath house is a welcome respite for families & outdoor enthusiasts. Cook up a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen, unlimited play in the private yard, a large pool & kid games or venture out to nearby attractions like Saguaro National Park and the Mercado San Agustin. Book today! The space This is a GORGEOUS newly renovated house AND brand new pool! With amazing finishes and we want it to feel calm and serene with full entertainment with endless toys both adults and kids can play! The views are breathtaking you’ll want to enjoy the patio and deck area. The house itself is on 3.5 acres of land and it does have a guest house 100+ feet away from the main house, they’re just like a neighbor and it still offers privacy because they have a large fence directly in front of the guest house. This house is designed to give you a desert-feel, but modern farm house experience. The flooring downstairs is a “matte” finish to match the desert landscape. The upstairs flooring is more of a rustic farmhouse style and the finish has a white powdery finish. It is rural and for those who want a desert feel and landscape! With that said, there are lots of animals that you might encounter during your stay. You might come across owls, desert critters, and you will want to watch out for snakes if you’re walking around the property. Our neighbors do have farm animals like horses, cows, etc. with that said, you will most likely smell the manure they use to feed the animals. Most of the front and back of the house is on gravel as well and there is A LOT of room to park cars. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms that all share one bathroom, and it is a jack and Jill style. One of the bedrooms towards the back you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to it. The pool is not heated so when it is really cold out or below 70 the pool will most likely be too cold to swim in. We ask from all guests to please remove your shoes every time you come through the door, to keep the beautiful desert outside. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Guests have access to the pool, the playground, and firepit area. Guests do not have access to the secondary house on the property and they also do not have access to the pool. Other things to note There is a guest house on the property about 100 feet from the main house. They do not have access to the main house or pool/backyard. You most likely won’t see them as they are far from the house, have their own parking and the guest house is completely fenced around.
