It is ideal for a group of friends or a family seeking relaxation. Nestled in Saint Rabier, a typical Périgord village, it has an enchanting, carefully landscaped garden. Access to the house is via a charming exterior staircase leading to a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the valley. On the ground floor, the main room welcomes you with its open kitchen, dining area and living room. For your utmost comfort, we provide a washing machine, an oven, hobs, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and even a beer tap. The kitchen table can also be extended to accommodate up to 6 guests. Upstairs, a first bedroom awaits you, equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining bathroom. Please note that the staircase leading to this floor is quite steep. On the garden level, the second bedroom has a mezzanine bed (140 cm) ideal for 2 children or 1 adult (max load 160kg). This room opens onto the garden and is through-access to the third bedroom. It is an ideal room for children, offering a beautiful space to play and entertain. In continuation of the latter, the third bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom and toilet. This room has direct access to the outside. The garden of the Haute-Vue House, beautifully maintained and fully enclosed, extends over 300 m², offering a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. A private parking space capable of accommodating up to 3 cars is also available in front of the house for your convenience. Finally, we have thought of everything to make your stay even more enjoyable, with additional equipment such as an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, raclette/stone grill/crepe party appliances, a barbecue, a hair dryer, a travel cot, a hi-fi system and even a Wii game console. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Sheets and towels are not provided, but an option is possible upon request at booking.
