Please do not place your feet on the common area table and chairs or lie on the seats. 5. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 6. Do not spit anywhere in the common area. 7. Strictly no open flames and no smoking in the room and elevator. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. 8. After swimming, please dry your body and change your clothes before entering the elevator. Wet shoes, wet feet are strictly prohibited to enter the elevator. For all the above rules, violation will result in a 2000 THB fine.
