Small studio with garden area

This small refurbished 20 m² accommodation in a peaceful area can accommodate a family of 4. It is a self-contained studio located at the back of our house, with a landscaped garden area, it is conveniently located, The A3 motorway is 2 minutes and A86 5 minutes, 20 minutes from Parc Astérix, 15 km from Paris, next to the Exhibition Park, and 10 minutes from the Stade de France. Parking is free on the street. This place is suitable for all types of guests. The space Before booking, please read the entire listing: For optimal comfort, this small studio can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults maximum, we can tolerate and accept 4 adults, but it will not be comfortable and you will be cramped, to avoid any surprises it will therefore be necessary to take this into account if you book, so as not to penalize us during your rating. There is a double bed, and a double sofa bed, we have provided a lift-up table, a smart TV. A baby bed can be provided, if you are 4 people in total (e.g. 2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The apartment is not suitable for 5 people (e.g. 2 adults, 2 children + 1 baby). An outdoor area with a living room is arranged in the garden, with a barbecue available. Furniture is also available outside the studio, such as chairs, or additional shelves that you can rearrange according to your needs. The bathroom has walls that cover 3/4 of its height open to the roof window that also illuminates the kitchen. There is also a second roof window on the bedroom side, very bright, but possibility to close the curtain. Above the roof of the studio, there is no one overlooking. Parking is free on the street in front of the house and limited to 2 hours with a parking disc that we will give you upon arrival. Parking in the streets around, or in the nearby parking lots are completely free and do not require discs. The RER B station Le Blanc-Mesnil is a 5-minute walk away, serving, among other things, directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport in 15 minutes, the Stade de France in 10 minutes and Paris in less than 20 minutes. For visitors who wish to visit Disneyland, we can offer you a cheap preferential rate through my company for a free and undated visit for 1 or 2 parks depending on the park calendar (see photo). Other things to note We will provide you with everything you need: - Bathroom: toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels etc. - Kitchen: washing capsules, Dolce Gusto coffee maker etc. - Bedroom: hangers, bed sheet, blanket and duvet, pillows, ironing board and iron etc.
