Welcome to Merced, The Gateway to Yosemite! Our Cozy Downtown Cottage is just 10 minutes to UC Merced, walking distance to downtown, and just under 2 hours to Yosemite! Perfect for travelers, families and professionals to enjoy. The space This Craftsman-style home has been completely remodeled with original hardwood floors, granite counter tops, all new appliances including washer/dryer and air conditioning throughout the home. We offer a large courtyard area to relax in, complete with string lights and bbq to help entertain our guests. You will find everything you need to feel right at home with Wi-Fi, TV, coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. Your home away from home will have the little luxuries that make travel easier. Private driveway and free street parking, directly in front of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Guests will be given an access code for ease of entry through the back door this way no keys are required.
