Peaceful accommodation with central location, great views and lovely garden with covered patio. 15 min walk to the city center, 3 min by bus. Good parking facilities. Has a small, friendly dog. Any additional guest is offered a mattress on the floor. The space The house is located in a peaceful road with little traffic and good parking opportunities. The bedrooms are located on each floor. Bathroom, kitchen and living room and one bedroom on the first floor. There is a patio on both sides of the house. I live here myself with a small, social dog and cat. Guest access Guests can use the bathroom, kitchen, living room and outdoor areas as needed. I have both a washer and dryer (the free drying option outside) that can be rented if needed. Space in the freezer must be agreed upon upon availability. Barbecue charcoal can be arranged at cost price.
