Welcome to a more than 120-year-old Istrian stone house. The house is situated in the countryside, in a small village on a hill near Koper, and it's surrounded by beautiful nature, breathtaking views, vineyards and olive groves. Despite that the house was renovated, we wanted to kept the original Istrian style. Casa del nonno is certainly the ideal place for those who want a relaxing and comfortable stay in harmony with nature. The space This house is accessible from the ground floor by stairs to the 1st floor. It is equipped and suitable for 4 people and has: ✔ a large living room with a sofa, ✔ a room with a queen bed (160x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm), ✔ an equipped kitchen, ✔ a bathroom and ✔ a big terace with a fantastic view. There is free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The rooms are air-conditioned. Guest access You can reach our house by car and park it in front of the house in our parking lot. Other things to note The tourist tax is an additional payment of 2€/person/day; children 7-18 years 1€/person/day. The tourist tax must be paid on arrival. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside of the accommodation.
