A rural house with 2 ensuite bedrooms in Empordà

Access to the 14x7 meter pool with spectacular views and salt water filter. The space This house, Cal Menut, is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where crop fields alternate with pine forests. For several generations now, the farm has belonged to the Genover Muní family and has been not only their habitual home, but also the expression of a lifestyle of love for the countryside and nature. The rural accommodations are all grouped in the Pins neighborhood consisting of 9 houses and located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are dedicated to rural tourism accommodation and in one of the remaining ones we, the Genover Muní family, live. In summer we ask for weekly stays in this house with check-in on Saturday. Note: oil, salt, and pepper are complimentary for guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house and are not suitable for the pool or beach. If you need one for the pool, write to us. Guest access The house has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is equipped with sheets, blankets and two towels per person for use in the house, not being able to use them outside or in the pool. It has its own private outdoor space with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It shares the pool, parking, petanque and ping-pong with the other houses on the estate. Other things to note Since spring 2020 we have high-speed fiber internet and wifi. We are very happy to say that it works great. In summer we offer weekly stays with check-in on Saturday. A tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be charged for all guests over 16 years of age. This amount must be paid directly in Can Muní. We still have some horses on the farm from our equestrian past. We know the best routes in the area, so don't hesitate to ask us for advice when you arrive.
