Latitude Adjustment is located on the beach in historic Bodden Town which is 20 minutes east of Owen Roberts International Airport and away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach. A short drive to Rum Point, Starfish Point & Kaibo Yacht Club. A water taxi is available from Kaibo Yacht Club to Camana Bay so you don't even have to drive. A perfect place to hear the sea and truly unwind. In walking distance you will find a few shops, local fish fry, a bakery, cigar shop and plenty of charm! The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, half bath, dining space & breakfast bar with 2 stools , a relaxing living room with a queen sleeper sofa & loveseat. There is a large flat smart tv with Flow cable tv and movie channels to enjoy a good movie or football game. Including DVR so you can record your favorite shows while playing on the beach. Just outside is a back patio to enjoy a cocktail and an ocean view. Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom that has a king bed, a flat screen TV with a fire stick and an en-suite bathroom for privacy. The guest room has a queen bed and en-suite. There is a twin blow up mattress in the closet if needed. Villa fits 4 comfortable but can accommodate 6 with sofa sleeper in living room. Outside the complex has a beautiful ocean front pool, beach loungers & palm trees for the perfect place to enjoy the sun and sea!🏝️ Guest have access to the whole complex. There are only 10 units in the complex which makes the pool and our beach more enjoyable and private. Available to help or if you need any information. Beach bubbles art & gift shop, Cayman Cigar shop and a Bakery a minute walk from the Villa. A short drive to Rum Point, Starfish Point & Kaibo Yacht Club, Grocery Store and other great restaurants. Rental car recommended however taxis and buses available. Parking space available and visitor parking as well. Early Check in and Late check out available to accommodate flight schedules, however request must be approved before arrival. Being located in the middle of the island you can easily venture out to Rum Point, Kaibo Yacht Club & Marina, Star Fish Point in East End and North side or over to Georgetown, Seven Mile Beach and West Bay In the East you can explore the caves, hike the Majestic Trail, visit the stunning Botanical Gardens, see the Parrot Sanctuary and explore unpopulated beautiful beaches. For trips to Stingray City or Deep Sea Fishing Trips you can arrange with the tour provider to pick you up at Kaibo Yacht Club Marina or Rum Point so you can avoid the traffic going into Town. Cayman Water Taxis are also available (call for the most up to date schedule) from the Yacht Club that will take you to Camana Bay for more shopping and restaurants. If you head West you will find duty free shopping in Georgetown, Camana Bay for more shopping, movies, also endless dining options on Seven Mile Beach or head to the tip top of West Bay for a swim with the dolphins, horseback riding, kite surfing, deep sea fishing, stingray city tours, and ATVs. After a busy day you can retreat to your peaceful beach villa for privacy and total relaxation.
