Towards the rear of the ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining area boasting an 6 seater dining table and state of the art kitchen including tea, coffee, dishwasher, fridge, hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer & a microwave. The back garden has a modern feel with a large 6 seater hot tub and decking area with seating for 6 people. The Space Parking for up to 1 car on the private driveway. and plenty of free on street parking is available. 6 seater Hot tub as standard available free of charge throughout the year. 3 bedrooms located upstairs 1 x Double Bedroom suite and smart TV 1 x Twin Bedroom and smart TV 1 x Single bunkbeds for two adults/children 1 x large beautiful family bathroom and towels with Shower Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.  House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Hot tub use is from 7am until 10pm each day.
