This newly renovated private room is part of a large Avocado ranch located on top of the hills, ocean view from the patio (if not cloudy or foggy, of course). Breathtaking views of the valley with all the city lights visible at night. This room offers a bedroom with a private door to the avocado grove, private bathroom, and a living room with TV and a couch, the couch transforms into a very comfortable full queen size bed. Lots of groves, wineries and golf courses to visit within short distance. The space Escape to Vintoca, a luxury farm-stay overlooking organic Hass avocado groves and sweeping city views. Guests have exclusive use of the Oasis Suite, bathroom, closet, and living area. Outdoor spaces include the pool area (available to guests ages 14+ only) with lounge chairs, scenic avocado orchards for guided strolls (pre-scheduled), and breathtaking sunrise and sunset viewpoints overlooking the farm and city lights.
