Paradise in the Arvigo Mountains

This farmhouse in the middle of the woods above the village of Arvigo will give you the feeling of being part of an unchanged landscape, away from everything and everyone. No tourists or shops for miles, no WiFi or TV, just nature and essential comfort - digital detox is guaranteed. Suitable for both mountain lovers who want to get away from the stress of cities and work and for families who love contact with nature. A week here with us in the mountains and you won't want to go back down to the valley! The space The cabin is located on sloping terrain and slightly elevated from the road, accessible by car up to a small gate about 20 meters from the cabin. The property is at the edge of the woods and fenced. The outdoor area includes a lawn of about 500 square meters for the exclusive use of guests and a fountain. Outside the house, there is also a granite stone-paved area for outdoor dining (with awning and stone table and a balcony with a bench, both ideal for spending time relaxing in the sun or admiring the sunrise. The living part of the house is on one floor (the lower part is a warehouse accessible on request) and is divided into four rooms. On the left is the kitchen and dining area with a fireplace. In front of the entrance is the bathroom with shower and toilet. On the right is an anteroom with a sofa bed and the bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests, except for the warehouse, which is made available upon request. Other things to note The 3 CHF tax per person per night will be paid on site, separately from the AirBnB fee (in cash or via TWINT). It is advisable to buy the necessary foodstuffs before entering Val Calanca, as the availability of shops in the valley is very limited.
