The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with easy-to-find parking spaces. All essential shops (pharmacy, supermarket, gas station) are just a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, air conditioning, TV, as well as bed linen and towels. You can reheat dishes, but there is no kitchen in the studio (the main kitchen is accessible on the ground floor). My house is the result of a real passion and a lot of personal investment.
