House clóse to dawntown and Beach

Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation. The beach is 15 minutes away, shopping malls and banks are 15 minutes away, food delivery, it has a kitchenette with stationary gas, quiet neighborhood, in front of a park where herons, parrots, owls, toucans sometimes arrive. Large parks such as Xcaret are 20 minutes away, Xel ha is 45 minutes away, Xplore is 20 minutes away, and the center of Playa del Carmen is 20 minutes away. The space The house is very spacious, clean and it is a very nice, quiet area, in front of a park, you will have no problems parking. Guest access The rent is for the entire house.
