You'll also have a 2,000 lb commercial grade ice machine at your disposal, for icing down your adult beverages, filling your fish cooler, or whatever else floats your boat! A beautiful new 6-passenger golf cart, as well as a 7,000 lb boat lift that can accommodate up to a 24 ft boat, and a 20,000 lb lift that can accommodate up to a 40 ft boat, are available for an additional monthly fee.
