If you are looking for a quiet room to rent with a fellow traveler this space is perfect! Two rooms that share a bathroom in a large house. This is not a personal residence. The space This listing is for one room however we have 2 rooms that share a bathroom. The rooms are located off the kitchen with a TV and eating area in a breakfast room. There is also an apartment on 2nd floor that is rented separately but does share the kitchen space only. Each bedroom and apartment has their own lock. This is not a personal residence and is a house-share property. If you need more than 1 bedroom please contact me for availability. Guest access The living room in front of house is shared space for the private bedrooms on first floor. Laundry is located in the basement. During your stay I am always available for check in and during your stay. Other things to note Private driveway and street parking in quiet residential neighborhood. Large yard space.
