The views are spectacular, and the house is a comfortable retreat from a long hard day of having fun in Florida! The Master Bedroom opens to the pool deck for easy access to a late night swim, or an early morning dip. The oversized master bathroom features dual sinks, a large tub and a separate shower. Don’t forget to sneak out to the pool at night! The two twin bedrooms are within easy access to a shared bathroom and each has its own TV. The front Queen bedroom offers separation and privacy from the rest of the house. All the bedrooms have HD LCD TV’s in them to offer a relaxing end to a day at the parks! A larger than normal kitchen features all the latest appliances and a large kitchen/breakfast bar. The dining area is close to the kitchen, so even the biggest of families can dine together. The Living room overlooks the pool, features a HD LCD TV, leather furniture( sleeper sofa) and is bright and sunny! The game room features a pool table and more! The screened in pool and covered lanai overlooks Star Lake and offers peace and privacy! ! Please note that trailers or RVs are not permitted at this home. This home is pet friendly, you will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional non refundable pet fee of $200+ tax for the first 2 pets and $50+ tax for each additional approved pet.. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract **Pool Heat; Pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Min 3 nights - $116 plus tax 4 – 8 nights - $35/night plus tax 9+ nights - $30/night plus tax. The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. Once heating begins for your stay, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or temperature variations. By requesting pool heat, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! The HOA rules state that no RV's, trailers, boats, buses etc. are allowed at the home. Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
