Plus ground floor twin/SK with ensuite. Just a minute’s walk from the Grand Union Canal for beautiful walks in rolling countryside. Canal-side pub and village store within walking distance. The space The Hayloft has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The comfortable property sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. The first floor Master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, bath, bidet, wc and twin wash hand basins. Both have super king beds, the ground floor bed can be split into 2 single beds. The ground floor bedroom has an ensuite with shower over the bath. The property has wifi and central heating radiators throughout. The cosy open plan living area has defined lounge and kitchen areas. The lounge has a smart TV. The kitchen has a 4-seat dining table, plus all mod cons including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 2 ring ceramic hob and oven. A welcome pack of milk, juice, bread, butter, jam, cereal and eggs etc Is provided. We also provide kitchen basics such as salt/pepper and cooking oil. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements so we can adapt the welcome pack accordingly. All necessities are covered such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Just bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush! (though we even have spares of those). All bedding and towels are provided. The Hayloft has gated access off a quiet country lane. Guest parking for two cars. EV charging point (payable locally). A secure landscaped garden at the rear with Indian sandstone patio and new garden furniture. The front of the property looks over the courtyard. Guest access The rear garden of the Hayloft is for the sole use of guests and the property has it's own entrance door. The garden is secure for your dog with fencing, and mesh at the hedges. Other things to note - Master Bedroom is on the first floor, bedroom 2 is on the ground floor. - Please note there is no washing machine/dryer. - One small to medium size dog permitted (cocker spaniel size).
