Yards From Beach - Hidden Gem With Hot Tub

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The space We bought this house 2 years and have just finished a major refurbishment project - adding loft room and large roof terrace with sea view, new kitchen, new laundry room, 2 new bathrooms, landscaping garden, 6ft cedar hot tub, outdoor shower, new outdoor fireplace. It’s got 3 bedrooms (1 with superking, 1 with queen double, 1 with bunk bed with wider bed on the bottom (small double) and standard bunk on top (see photos). In the bunk room there is also a chair that converts into a single bed. In the new loft room there is a double sofa bed, but there are no curtains or blinds in there at present (so need eye mask!). This house is our precious family home (we have children aged 10 and 13) so please take care with it. In terms of young children - please note there is a new wood burning stove in the living room without a guard, so if you light it, there is not any protection against small children touching it and potentially burning themselves. There are 3 small steps into the front door and a staircase up to the loft room and roof terrace with great sea view (wonderful place to relax on sun lounger). Otherwise all on one floor. There is a cedar wood 6 foot wide Scandinavian hot tub available for an extra fee. It has a cover that can be clipped in for safety purposes and to keep heat in. There is a large rectangular trampoline (12 foot x 8 foot) with a high net safety cover all the way round and steps to climb up. A waiver will need to be signed for use of the hot tub and trampoline. There is a table tennis table and bats that can be set up round the back of the house and is stored in old delapidated greenhouse. There is a large flat lawn which is nice for little ones to play on. There is also a large outdoor fireplace which is lovely to sit around and there is a grill which can be added to use as a barbecue. A security deposit of £250 will need to be provided before any rental and will be returned quickly after the rental assuming no damage. Guest access Whole house including driveway for one car (does nt include locked garage). Other things to note Hot tub usage comes at extra cost pls ask for details. There is space for one car in driveway. Very useful in peak Summer months.
