Just 5 minutes south of downtown Los Barriles, Mar y Sol Suite 1 is part of a small, quiet, 25-unit condo community surrounded by vacation homes, condos, a hotel, and local's homes. Public access is allowed on all Mexican beaches, so expect some, but not much, foot traffic in front on the condo. ATV's are not allowed on the beach directly in front of Mar y Sol, but vehicles are permitted on the beach in nearby Los Barriles. With so much to do and explore in the East Cape and just a little over 1 hour from the Los Cabos airport, a rental car is a great option for getting around for most visitors to the Los Barriles area. ATVs are another exciting way to access Los Barriles and the beaches and mountains in the area and can be rented from several companies in town, many of which deliver/pick up. Your host is happy to assist in helping secure ATV rentals or shuttle drivers to/from Los Cabos airport. Please note that ATV's are not allowed on the beach directly in front of the condo, but there is ATV beach access about 400 meters to the north of Mar y Sol. Free guest parking is provided for all Mar y Sol guests, however during high season, the parking area may fill on a first come, first serve basis and guests may need to park off site later in the evening.
