Hi :) my name is Regina, i am a transdisciplinary Artist with a therapeutic background living and working in Zürich. I would like to welcome people with a sense for beauty and architecture into my home who are mindful and respectful. The bright and airy Maisonette Loft is a listed monument adjacent to a wonderful park and swimming pool in walking distance. It is located 10 min from the Main Train Station with Bus and Tram as well as grocery shopping just a couple of minutes by walking. The space The upper floor consists of the guest bathroom, an open floor plan kitchen and small eating table, a second bed and office space into a wide window front. Down the stairs you will have acces to the bedroom and the bathroom with a full bath. Guest access You will have acces to all of the appartement. Other things to note There are no cats and dogs in the house, its a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
