Apartment overlooking the Beaujolais forests

You will be on the 1st floor in one of the 3 independent apartments that we have created in this house dating from the 18th century that we have completely renovated. In a modern setting in the middle of the calm Beaujolais Vert countryside, you'll have access to a large enclosed garden that will be ideal if you have children. You will be a few minutes from the heart of the village with its local shops, a 10-minute drive from a supermarket and 20 minutes from the vineyards! The space All our friends say that you sleep particularly well there and that the presence of a washing machine is ideal for long stays. This 70 m2 apartment is divided into 3 spaces where each of the two bedrooms has its own independent bathroom with its own toilet and, in the center of the accommodation, a living room with an open kitchen. Through the windows, you will see the Beaujolais mountains on one side and the garden with the surrounding meadow on the other. Want to enjoy your stay while working? One of the bedrooms has an old secretary to put everything down while having access to the fiber optic speed. Guest access You will have your independent apartment and share the garden with other potential tenants. But, with its 5000 m2 fully enclosed, you will find the space to create your privacy between the petanque court, the ping pong table, the biergarten tables to eat or the orchard corner to read and rest in the shade of the fruit trees... don't hesitate to pick some cherries, nuts or apples if it's the season ;) Other things to note We know how nice it is to take your time to explore the vineyards and forests of Beaujolais, so arrive at a time that suits you by picking up your keys from the key box that will be at your disposal. And if you arrive late, don't worry, the route between your car and the front door will light up as you pass.
