New house with nice contemporary decor located in the heart of the Médoc vineyard and close to ocean beaches. Particularly suitable for hosting families. Your vacation at your own pace: Visit the wine castles, discover the citadel of Blaye, discover Bordeaux, relax on the beaches or on Lake Hourtin. We accept the presence of a small animal. The space The accommodation benefits from a large living room with open kitchen overlooking the garden and the salt pool. The floor-to-ceiling windows, including the main galandage, bring great brightness to the room. The sleeping area is composed of a master suite with a 160 bed with private shower room and two bedrooms with one 160 bed and the other a 140 wardrobe bed (slatted box spring and bultex mattress) and their shared bathroom. The house has split type air conditioners in the bedrooms and a cooling system in the main room.
