Newly renovated apartment with a terrace in a detached house from 1928 in a quiet location, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our priority is home comfort with a pleasant atmosphere, privacy, peace, cleanliness and order. Modern facilities with the possibility of self-service accommodation. Its location is an excellent base for year-round sports and hiking, especially in the Jizera Mountains. Train, tram and bus stop 5 min. walk, Jablonec Dam and city center 20 min. walk. The space The layout is one room in which you will find a spacious and comfortable double bed, if necessary we will rent a cot. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Clean towels, linens, and sheets are a matter of course. Guest access You will use your own gate to enter the property, as well as a separate entrance to the family house/apartment. Other things to note Visitors are not allowed. For an extra fee, you can use the washer and dryer.
